When you make your reservation, we will need to know:

• The total number of riders
• Number of Adults / children
• General riding experience level
• Approximate height and weight of each rider
• A contact number where you can be reached 24 hours prior to your ride.

Check-in times:
We have a check-in time required for all guests before the ride: Our 30 minute check in period allows time for all guests to read and sign forms, a riding demonstration - important for all guests regardless of riding experience - to be mounted on their horses.

If guests are late and/or miss this required check-in period, we will not be able to accommodate them without affecting the other riders, ride length, and/or the schedule of the day. Our goal is to make this a positive and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. Please allow yourself ample time to arrive at our stables and let us know if we can suggest driving routes and times to assist you.

Rider Age, Weight, Physical Condition Requirements:

Rider weight limit: 220 pounds*
Age minimum for trail rides: 8 years**
Riders must be physically able to mount their horse unassisted.
For your safety, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
whom we determine is in poor physical condition,
who weighs over 220 pounds, or whose BMI exceeds 31.

*Body Mass Index (BMI) is a general guideline we refer to in regards to our horses and the terrain in which we ride. Please view the BMI chart page. Weight restrictions are for guest and horse safety, not as a means to cause discomfort, embarrassment and/or ill will.

**Children must be at least 8 years old to participate in our trail rides. We can accommodate children younger with a hand-led ride, please call for details and information. Riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult AND must have release form signed by parent or guardian.
